What matters to you?

Our engagement process is underway to support the development of the next phase of the Regional Improvement Plan. Sessions are being held with Local Authority teams and Head Teachers and we’re looking through the lens of Michael Fullan’s Four Right Drivers for Whole System Success to think about what matters to us in our contexts.

To capture as many voices as possible an interactive tool has also been developed to take you on a journey looking at each of the drivers and you can submit your thoughts in our reflective questionnaire.

Open live sessions are also on offer for colleagues to attend on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th March, 4-5pm.
