Virtual Leadership Networks
New members are always welcome to join our Virtual Leadership Networks. The theme for both of the September events is: Exploring the professional standards 2021 – what it means to become, be and grow as a teacher in Scotland. The session will include a brief overview of what has changed and why as well as an opportunity to reflect on and discuss:
- Implications of the changes for you and those you work alongside and support.
- How we can bring the standards to life and make then meaningful in our practice & that of our colleagues.
- How, as leaders, we create conditions for colleagues to develop as empowered, enquiring professionals.
