We are delighted to announce all teachers across the eight local authorities which make up the Northern Alliance will be able to access this year’s World Education Summit, not only in terms of live events but with a year-long subscription to a huge bank of resources.
Please look out for registration details coming to your school!
The summit itself will take place from 22 to 25 March 2021. Sessions will be recorded and accessible alongside a great number of associated resources for a year following the conference.
Why take part in the World Education Summit?
With ten summit themes to choose from, gain insight and inspiration into the most current significant global themes from leading educational leaders and theorists to support school improvement planning.
Signing up gives you the chance to have flexible access to high quality professional learning as well as new opportunities to connect and collaborate across schools, clusters, authorities and the Northern Alliance and beyond, to continue to improve outcomes for our children and young people.
Create your own bespoke professional learning pathway through access to all the resources, providing the flexibility to tie in with school and personal developments over the session. You’ll get practical activities, resources and further reading to help you embed the latest practice at a pace that suits you.
Olwen Fraser who leads our leadership workstream and is helping to bring this to life commented: “We are really excited about this fantastic opportunity and hope that this resource provides valuable support to schools at this time.
“We look forward to continuing to work alongside you on your professional learning journey over the year ahead, to connect, collaborate, share and try out ideas in order to improve the life chances for children and young people across the Northern Alliance.”
