Northern Alliance colleagues are working with the Data for Children Collaborative on an Impact Collaboration project. This is investigating how we can better use data to assess the poverty and attainment gap across the eight local authorities which make up the Northern Alliance area.
The Data for Children Collaborative is a unique partnership between UNICEF, The Scottish Government and the University of Edinburgh, hosted by The Data Lab. Their goal is to leverage expertise from partner organisations in order to address existing problems for children using innovative data science techniques.
We are pleased to be working on the project and you can find out more about it on their website: Understanding Poverty and Attainment Across the Northern Alliance Region of Scotland — Data for Children Collaborative with UNICEF
