More than 100 educators have now taken part in Northern Alliance coaching CLPL activities and programmes at different levels.

DHT Network
As part of an emerging Depute Head Teacher (DHT) leadership career-long professional learning (CLPL) programme, DHTs and colleagues working across children’s services at an equivalent level, are invited to join a network that provide the opportunity to engage in regular, facilitated professional dialogue. Develop relationships across schools and local authorities.

The Network Launch will take place on Tuesday 9th February 2021 (from 4 – 5pm). The theme of the first event will be leading remote learning. Find out more here: Northern Alliance DHT Leadership Network and sign up now.

Middle Leadership Network
Planning is currently underway to launch further leadership networks. If you are a middle leader and would like to contribute, you are invited to complete the following short survey:  Middle Leadership Network.

Breaktime Blether: New and Acting DHTs
Are you a new Depute Head Teacher or Acting DHT? You are invited to join our Breaktime Blether sessions which will provide an opportunity to talk, share what’s going on for you and learn together/from each other in an informal setting. The first blether will be between 11 & 11.30 on Friday 29th January and every Friday, term time, after that. The drop-ins will be hosted in the DHT Leadership Team. Once you have joined the team you are invited to join as regularly as you wish.
